We utilize the safest and most advanced anesthetic protocols to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients. A Licensed Veterinary Technician along with the most advanced monitoring equipment tracks the patient’s vital signs during all anesthetic procedures. Preanesthetic blood testing is important in reducing the risks of anesthesia. We recommend blood testing before surgery to ensure that the liver and kidneys can manage the anesthetic. Even apparently healthy animals can have serious organ system problems that cannot be detected without blood testing. If there is a problem, it is much better to find it before it causes anesthetic or surgical complications. Intraveneous (IV) fluids are administered when indicated. If serious problems are detected, surgery can be postponed until the problem is corrected.

  • "Dr. Evans was so patient and kind with our kitty "Cookie". Very caring and so helpful and answered many questions for me concerning her health. The office staff are kind, caring, and professional. The office is immaculate. I have never been to a vet where my pets and myself were treated so well. Love it and so glad to have found them. Best vet appointment ever!
